Well, much has been going on and I have been restricted from posting due to the pending investigation and my Victim Rights rules implemented to protect Guardala Victims. My goal has been to avoid any further conflict for those that have been victimized by Dave Guardala and not post anything without permission from the sender of the information. This has been very hard because the bulk of information has come in with no response from victims when asking for these permissions, even posting as "Anonymous".

Well, this week has been a very active week. A lot of calls, emails and now a confirmation of allegations from the investigator many of us have been working with.

Dave Guardala is in custody!!

It appears, Dave Guardala has been arrested in Germany. Confirmation is pending and I will only believe it when Dave is back in the US to face charges. The basic news out there is Dave Guardala will be back in the U.S. upon completion of the extradition process and will face Federal charges for his alleged criminal activities over the past 3+ years.

Dave Guardala Victims

Any victims of Dave Guardala are encouraged to contact Postal Inspector Rich Cinnamo. Many of us have been working with RJ/Cinnamo over the past few months. He is the real deal and a direct contact to this case.

Contact information for Rich Cinnamo -
Email - RJCinnamo@uspis.gov
Phone - 646-423-9138

Please contact Mr. Cinnamo only if you are a victim or feel you have any information that might further complete the case against David Guardala.

The good news is, Dave Guardala appears to be off the street. As the legal process moves forward, the information should really begin to flow.
