Big News - TODAY September 7, 2007
An outside source! I have been so criticized that I was the only thing online making these claims over recent months. I am glad to say that an article has surfaced as of 5 hours ago, that tells the story from a news reporter that talked with investigators. It has information new to me. I thought I was kinda 'in the know' but I guess I am only told what I need to know. I have requested reprint rights for this page and will include the full article once I have permission.
I will keep you-all as current as I can. There have been a few calls from other victims and this is gonna be messy once it all hits the fan.
The most important thing any of us can do is come forward with information needed to complete the investigation. If you are a victim, contact Rich Cinnamo and give him the details of your loss. If you have a friend that has been scared to get involved, have them contact me and I'll tell them everything I know. The process has not been a big problem or legal mess. Victims are victims. Regardless of what you had to do to try and close the deal with Guardala and not loss everything you had already sent. Just letting the 'others' deal with it is not really fair for justice sake. A Judge will need all the allegations to make an honest determination of guilt/inocense and verdict.
