NO NEWS...
I know many of the Guardala SCAM victims monitor this site as does the US Government. Love to hear anything on the current status of the case. Anything new? Any idea when Dave Guardala will be back in the US to face charges? Dave Guardala Extradition going OK? Is there anything any of us can do to help it along?

I am one of Guardala's earliest victims, his former employee for nearly ten years, and his ex-friend dating back to junior high school.
I have been following this site for some time now, and wish to thank you for taking the time to expose this sad story. I think your efforts were instrumental along with those of another Long Island saxophonist-victim, to initiate Federal prosecution against Guardala.
On a very happy note, I was contacted yesterday afternoon by one of the Federal investigators. He advised that DG will be extradited to the USA in the next few days, and that he will be arraigned on charges in Federal Court on Monday Jan. 14.
I will be there in the front row along with several other local victims, smiling at that dirtbag on behalf of all of us.

Thanks for the good news! I got the call early this morning to confirm your post! Also heard from another victim that had got the same information.
It is very possible we might all meet pretty soon out in New York. Don't know if I can pass on the chance to stand before a judge with Dave present.
