September 15th Court date is pushed back a month

Hey Guardala blog people.

The scheduled September 15th trial start was pushed back 30 days. I got the calls this morning. The trial was scheduled to start Monday, but will be postponed for a bit.

Just wanted to let those of you know that are following these proceedings.

      it appears that the prosecution is attempting to enter information not directly related to the case. they appear to want to talk about other cases of fraud involving guardala to suggest that his paterns of behaviour demonstrate consistent intention to decieve. it looks like the prosecution is "loaded for bear" and wants to make sure it has all the neccesary "hunting licenses".
